Jenan and Roland picked out some killer spots in their stomping grounds in La Jolla for their engagement session.  With both of them being scientists, and with Jenan working in Marine research, the Birch Aquarium was a really cool spot to snag some one of a kind images of them.  We then strolled around the amazing grounds of the Salk Institute, Roland’s place of work, for some stunning architecture and dramatic light.  The shoot ended at the Torrey Pines Gliderport, with amazing views of the ocean and sky….and the hang gliders.  What a fun shoot!  I love that the locations were so meaningful.  We can’t wait for this wedding!
