They are 100% delicious!  If you could bottle yumminess, it would say ‘PopCakery’ on the jar 😉  The really unique thing about them is that they can be shipped.  It’s hard to send someone a cake or cupcake, but these cake jars make a perfect birthday gift for a friend or family who lives far away.  To add to how cool this product is, Amy, the owner and baker, is one of the most genuine and warm people you’ll ever meet…in addition to being an artist in the kitchen!  Check out the PopCakery Website, and enjoy these fun images of the kids enjoying the cake jars.0002San Diego Wedding Photographer Photojournalistic Creative Husband Wife Team Engagement Session Balboa ParkOur son, Dylan (left), got to model in this shoot.  His payment was cake, and he was happy with that 🙂0003San Diego Wedding Photographer Photojournalistic Creative Husband Wife Team Engagement Session Balboa Park0004San Diego Wedding Photographer Photojournalistic Creative Husband Wife Team Engagement Session Balboa Park0005San Diego Wedding Photographer Photojournalistic Creative Husband Wife Team Engagement Session Balboa Park0006San Diego Wedding Photographer Photojournalistic Creative Husband Wife Team Engagement Session Balboa Park

Amy does it again but with cupcakes this time for an engagement party at the Andaz Hotel in Downtown San Diego.  We really had to hold ourselves back from sneaking one of these cupcakes!  We are so impressed, Amy! Check out her website if you want to learn more about this amazing chef and artist: Cupcakery.

Here’s the latest creation we photographed for Cupcakery.  Amy created this edible masterpiece for a retirement party for a Navy Pilot.  Can you believe the entire plane is edible?! Pretty amazing!

Here’s a cupcake masterpiece by Cupcakery.  It’s really a shame we don’t get to eat all the creations we photograph, Amy!

We are so impressed by the work of Amy and Jason of Cupcakery. This brother and sister chef team makes the most amazing cakes and cupcakes we have ever seen or eaten.  There is nothing they cannot make into dessert, as you can see below. They made a cake for a CSI agent, complete with finger prints, caution tape, a duster and camera…all edible. The bucket of Australian beers below is also 100% edible. The beer bottles, the ice…it’s all food! Thing is, their pieces are so beautiful that I don’t know how anyone can put a knife into them!  Luckily, these aren’t just eye candy. They taste as good as they look. It’s so much fun to photograph these creations for these super cool local chefs. Can’t wait to see the next culinary creation.
